MSI just unveiled the Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Edition of their Stealth 16. The laptop retains the 13th-generation Intel Core i9 engine and RTX 4070 graphics for its OLED display, but it has a new “aesthetic” appearance and unpacking experience based on its legally licenced branding. According to the OEM, this will result in a “luxury gaming experience” mixed with “extreme performance.”
MSI previously announced a collaboration with Mercedes-AMG to develop a motorsport-themed version of the Stealth 16 (or A13VG-236) in 2023. The “luxury” gaming laptop has now been released on the US market, approximately 3 months later.
This limited-edition 16-inch laptop features a 16:10 4K (or 3840×2400) OLED display powered by the Core i9-13900H processor. However, unlike other Stealth-series models, it features MSI x Mercedes branding on its lid, as well as matching emblems.
The PC also comes with a “exclusive, designed colour” retail box that holds complimentary accessories such as a mouse, a mousepad, a USB stick, and even a cable tie, all of which are meant to “enhance the luxurious experience” that the partners want to achieve with this partnership.
The Stealth 16 Mercedes-AMG Motorsport is currently available for pre-order on B&H or Newegg for $2,899, or may be bought directly from MSI for $2,899.99 with a complimentary voucher for the Overwatch Invasion Ultimate Bundle.
