Apex Legends Release Date Delayed

According to a replacement rumor, Sony’s next-gen console is reportedly going to be backward compatible, and that’s the foremost important news we’ve heard of the platform so far. Although, the thought on which this assumption rests is kind of solid.
Recently, Sony has registered a patent within the Japanese Patent and Trademark Office Database on a totally unique method. This method allows devices to figure out where an application is legacy or not. Legacy application in simple terms is those applications that are designed for previous versions of the hardware. as an example, the pc game, Uncharted 4 for PlayStation 4, goes to be a legacy application for PlayStation 5. The patented technology is an algorithm that lets legacy software function on Sony’s newer devices.

No specific date was given in Grenier’s post on the EA company blog. He did offer some insight into the Switch launch delay, writing, “We’re still hard at work on the port, but so as to try to justice to the sport and make it into the good experience Switch players deserve, our team needs longer. This year has brought on unexpected new challenges, to place it mildly, and that we don’t want to rush anything out,” and went on to notice that when the sport does hit Switch, it’ll feature “support for cross-platform play, our latest seasonal content, and full feature parity with the opposite versions of the sport .”
Apex Legends‘ Switch release date delay won’t affect the launch of the game’s Season 7 or its release on Steam. For those players who previously played Apex Legends on Origin, “all your account progression and unlocks will carry over between the 2 platforms,” consistent with Grenier’s post.
