At the same time as its brand new DLC dedicated to the Hot Wheels universe, Forza Horizon 5 sees the Arrival of its Series 10 update. Presented in detail at this month’s Forza Monthly, we now know what content and improvements will be made.
Always on the hunt for bugs
Although the game has been out for several months, the teams continue to work to make the experience as enjoyable as possible, tracking down every problem that may arise along with other various changes. Here is what has been corrected for this new version:
players will no longer lose money when they lose an auction ;
the Tour Horizon will no longer end on its own in the Festival Playlist;
on PC, the TAA, or Temporal Anti-Aliasing, will no longer pose a problem on wheels that could appear blurry or transparent;
cars that were less stable to drive using the simulated steering function, since the change of physics in the Series 9, will return to healthy behavior;
the problem that prevented challenging other players in The Eliminator when using telemetry display has been removed;
there will be no more timeouts when you join an EventLab in co-op;
end of untimely returns in free walk in the middle of Horizon Open.
Another notable addition is a new backup recovery system. To describe how it works, if data loss is detected, you will be offered to return to a previous state. Be careful, however, this will only be possible for files saved after this update. But that’s not the centerpiece of this new pack.
